WHOLE WHEAT RAGI HIDE AND SEEK BISCUITS

Ingredients:
Butter – 21 g
Caster Sugar – 21 g
Brown Sugar – 21 g
Flax Gel – 1 tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour – 25 g
Ragi Flour – 25 g
Oats Flour – 12.5 g
Cocoa Powder – 1 tsp
Baking Soda – ½ tsp
Baking Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – 1/16 tsp
Choco Chips – 25 g
Method:
1. Take the butter in a bowl and whisk till light and fluffy.
2. Now add both the sugars, and whisk again till light.
3. Add the flax gel and give a good mix.
4. Add all the flours along with baking powder, baking soda and salt.
5. Mix to form a dough.
6. Add the chocolate chips as required.
7. Chill the dough in the fridge for about 1 hour.
8. Roll the dough to about ¼ inch in thickness and cut squares using a square cookie cutter.
9. Place the cut biscuits on a tray lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.
10. Bake at 180 degree celsius for about 15 minutes.
11. Let the biscuits cool completely. ENJOY this guilt free treat!
