Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before confirming or making any payment for your seat:
 

1. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

1.1 The Student acknowledges that all recipes, instructional content, techniques, and proprietary materials shared during training sessions are confidential and intended solely for personal learning.
1.2 The Student shall not reproduce, distribute, record, share, or sell any part of these materials, whether in physical or digital form, without prior written consent from ABS.
1.3 Unauthorized duplication, publication, or sharing of any course material or recipe for personal or commercial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action and, where necessary, legal proceedings.​

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 All intellectual property, including but not limited to recipes, formulations, training methodologies, designs, and course materials, shall remain the exclusive property of the ABS.
2.2 The Student is granted access to these materials strictly for educational and non-commercial purposes.
2.3 Any unauthorized modification, replication, or external use of these materials constitutes an infringement of the ABS rights.
2.4 ABS reserves the right to suspend enrollment, revoke access, or initiate legal action in the event of any such violation to protect its proprietary content and uphold institutional integrity.

3. Student Code of Conduct

3.1 Students are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, discipline, and respect toward faculty members, staff, fellow students, and Academy property at all times.
3.2 Acts of misconduct including but not limited to classroom disruption, disrespectful communication, harassment, or violation of ABS rules are strictly prohibited.
3.3 ABS reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including written warnings, suspension, or dismissal, in cases of serious or repeated violations.

4. Attendance & Missed sessions 

4.1 ABS does not offer makeup or rescheduled classes; students are expected to attend all sessions from Monday to Friday. 

4.2 For all short-term courses and workshops, 100% attendance is mandatory. No rescheduling or backup classes will be arranged for any reason. If a student fails to attend, no repeat session, adjustment, or refund will be provided. 

 

​5. Payment and Booking Policies 

5.1 Certificate Courses : Amount of Rs 5000/- is payable for registering for any certificate course in order to reserve a seat. The balance amount shall be payable in 2 installments, one on the 1st day of the course and another within 15 days of the start date of the course.

5.2 Events : Amount of Rs 5000/- is payable in order to book an event with ABS. The balance amount is payable on the day of the scheduled event.

5.3  1-day, 2-day workshops : 100 % amount is payable in advance to reserve the seat for our 1 or 2 day workshops.

5.4 5-day Masterclass : Amount of Rs 5000/- is payable to reserve a seat for our 5 day masterclass. The balance amount is payable on the 1st day of the masterclass.

 

6) Refund Policies 

6.1 Certificate Courses and 5-day Masterclass : You shall be entitled for refund of the deposit amount only if the cancellation is done 15 days before the course. The deposit amount shall be non-refundable if cancellation of seat is done anytime after that.

6.2  1-2 day Masterclass : You shall be entitled for refund of the full fees paid, if the cancellation is requested 48 hours before the masterclass. No refund shall be made within 48 hours of cancellation.

6.3 Cancellation by ABS : In rare or unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies) where ABS must cancel or reschedule a batch,
alternative arrangements may be offered solely at ABS discretion.

 

7) Refund Process

7.1 Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team at [8208695719] with your order details and reason for the refund request.
7.2 Review of Request: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review request to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
7.3 Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-15 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
