CORNFLAKE COOKIES - EGGLESS

Ingredients:

Butter 115 gm

Sugar 85 gm

Vanilla Essence 1 teaspoon

Applesauce 2 Tablespoon

Flour 140 gm

Baking Powder ¼ teaspoon

Cornflakes  To coat

Salt A pinch


Method:

1. Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

2. Add the applesauce and vanilla essence.

3. Mix properly.

4. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

5. Add the flour to the butter mixture and mix with a spoon to form a dough.

6. Make small balls of the dough and roll into crushed cornflakes.

7. Put them on the baking tray and flatten slightly.

8. Bake at 160 degree for about 18-20 minutes.
