COCOA BROWNIES

Ingredients:

Butter: ½ cup

Sugar: 1 cup

Eggs: 2

Vanilla: 1 teaspoon

All purpose flour: 2/3 cup

Cocoa powder: ½ cup

Baking powder: ½ teaspoon

Salt: ¼ teaspoon

Chopped Walnuts


Method:

1.     Cream the butter and sugar.

2.     Add vanilla to eggs.

3.     Add the eggs one by one to the butter mixture.

4.     Mix till no traces of eggs are seen.

5.     Add cocoa powder baking powder and salt to the all purpose flour. Mix.

6.     Add all purpose flour to the butter and egg mixture.

7.     Mix only till the flour is combined.

8.     Pour the batter in an 8 by 8 inch greased tin.

9.     Sprinkle some walnuts on the top.

10.  Bake in an preheated oven at 180 degree Celcius for 20-25 minutes.

11.  Cool completely and remove from tin.

12.  Cut into squares.

13.  Serve with whipped cream or ice-cream.
