CLASSIC CHOCOLATE BROWNIES (with egg)

Ingredients:
Butter 250 gm
Dark Chocolate 250gm
Castor sugar 250 gm
Eggs 4 no
Flour 120 gm
Coco powder 30 gm
Methods:
1. In bowl whisk eggs and sugar together till it’s become soft and smooth and you cannot feel any sugar grains.
2. In plastic bowl add chocolate and butter together and melt in microwave or a double boiler.
3. Gradually add the chocolate mixture into egg batter and mix till well combined.
4. Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix till you do not see any dry flour.
5. Pour the batter in 10 inch square tin which is greased and lined with parchment paper. Add some chocolate chips on the top.
6. Bake the brownie at 180 degree for 25- 35 min till the top is nice and shiny.
